2. What data we collect

If you contact us via email or phone (using the details provided on the site), we will process the personal data you share with us (name, email address, phone number, message content) solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.

3. Analytics & cookies

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect anonymised usage data such as pages visited, time on site, device type, browser, approximate geographic location (city level), and referral source. Your IP address is anonymised before processing.

This data helps us understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors. Google may transfer data to servers in the United States; appropriate safeguards are in place under Google's data processing terms. See Google's Privacy Policy.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings.

4. Legal basis

We process analytics data on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — namely, understanding website usage to improve our services. We process your contact data on the same basis for responding to your inquiry.

5. Data retention

Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted. Contact correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship, after which it is deleted.

6. Third parties

This website is hosted on Vercel Inc. (San Francisco, USA). Vercel may process minimal server logs (IP address, timestamp) as part of delivering the website. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.

Google Ireland Limited processes analytics data as described above. We do not share your personal data with any other third parties.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit).
