If you contact us via email or phone (using the details provided on the site), we will process the personal data you share with us (name, email address, phone number, message content) solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.

3. Analytics

This website uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly web analytics tool. It is self-hosted by our technical partner at analytics.codeink.be. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. It collects anonymised usage data such as pages visited, referral source, browser type, and device type, and outbound link clicks, to help us understand how visitors use our website.

4. Legal basis

We process analytics data on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — namely, understanding website usage to improve our services. No cookies are used for this purpose. We process your contact data on the same basis for responding to your inquiry.

5. Data retention

Analytics data is aggregated and anonymised; no individual visitor data is retained. Contact correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship, after which it is deleted.

6. Third parties

This website is hosted on Vercel Inc. (San Francisco, USA). Vercel may process minimal server logs (IP address, timestamp) as part of delivering the website. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.

Anonymised analytics data is processed by our Plausible instance at analytics.codeink.be as described above. We do not share your personal data with any other third parties.
